Great food and service.

Amazing place to visit/eat. I am very sorry for the amount of negativity you are receiving right now in regards to your policies on visible tattoos and piercings. Having worked in the hospitality industry my entire life I understand that facial piercings are a no go because they can fall into someones meal. I also understand that as a waitress/server I sometimes have to cover up my visible tattoos depending on where I'm working. I knew that when I went in to get visible tattoos, that I might have a difficult time finding employment down the road. This is something that everyone with tattoos knows before getting them. You're not breaking any laws - as far as I know. Let the negative people act as so, most of them probably don't even live in your area and are just seeing the post online and jumping on the hate filled bandwagon. It seems most people are only happy when they're complaining.Keep up the good work!

Wow what a great place for breakfast #1 place for me now!

My sister n I meet our aunt n cousin here 2 to 3x a yr. We've been meeting here for yrs.The service and food have always been pretty good. You get a huge amount of food.Service is good. Some of the servers have even remembered us all meeting for lunch!We had our last visit for 2018 just a few weeks ago. We were all very disappointed...all of us..the food was horrible. My beef dip was cold dry n the gravey just gross.I ate my salad! We were all very disappointed and hope it was just a bad day for the cool! ButWe are thinking we might try n find a new meeting place.Will probably meet in 2019 and see if it was just a bad day for the coo!This server served us for yrs. She was awesome.Then one luncheon.... she was gone....Does anyone know where she works now? We'll go to whatever restaurant!!

Great family run breakfast or lunch place. Gets very busy around 10 on weekends so plan accordingly or be prepared to wait a bit. Simple fare, done with care. One of my faves.

I go here every weekend for breakfast. Reasonable prices and good food!! 5 stars if you guys take down that weird sign about not wearing hoodies. Lol

Service was friendly and prompt. The steak on a bun was the best one in ages. The small order of pork schnitzel was very delicious. The mash potatoes the best I've had in a restaurant. Lots of cooked and raw veggies. Very generous portion sizes reasonably priced. Would definitely return.

Great comfort food at a reasonable price. Friendly service, excellent menu with a vast variety of diner-style options. French fries are great as is their wraps. Amazing bacon omelette. Just excellent home cooking in a beautiful setting. Very casual. High quality.

Ordered breakfast and the bacon came back super undercooked. I asked for them to put it back on the grill and they told me they couldn't but that I had to order a side and pay for it, in order to get crispy bacon. Super disappointed! I wanted to like them but that is such a basic request that I can't recommend them.

Lovely place for breakfast. We frequent the place about once a month. The food has always been deliciously cooked and the staff have always been friendly and professional.

Service was fast and the food was hot and delicious. Good portions and reasonable prices. I was impressed with how clean the place was. Normally family diner restaurants have that sticky lived in feel but this place was dream clean!Will definately return when I'm in the area!

If you want a great breakfast, this simply the best place around.Very good wait staff as well.Always fill your order dead on and it comes hot. Try the farmer sausage, very good

Stopped there for breakfast. Clean place with cozy booths. Waitress was super nice and food was impressive. I had an egg sandwich with real cheddar(yum!) and wife had a turkey sandwich made with real carved turkey. Prices were very good for the quality of the product. I recommend.

The owner is nice and he makes a mean homemade soup best around and gave us Fanta from his home country and it is AMAZING !!! Better than Fanta from N.A.

I love this place for breakfast. Everything is well prepared and very reasonably priced. The potatoes are particularly delicious. The restaurant has a cozy, small town feel. The service is fast and conscientious. I don't live in town but visit family in Fergus. Whenever I do, I make a point of going here for breakfast.

Great food, great prices, great service

My wife and I have eaten here several times in the past few years (including today). The service has always been consistently fast and efficient. The staff has been friendly and polite. The food is of good quality and is prepared with care. The entire restaurant (including the washrooms) are clean and well kept. I'm struggling to see why some of these other reviewers have had such a bad experience? Theirs is in complete contrast to what we have experienced. Try it out!

Could leave 0 stars if I could. Don’t give a damn if the food is decent for some people. The establishment as a WHOLE is homophobic and it’s disgusting. Why turn away business because your morals are disgusting and you have deeply rooted issues? Why the hell does it matter if two people are happy? How the hell does that effect you? I really hope this place goes out of business and more people become aware of this issue. Fergus is my hometown and has a huge place in my heart and we have no room for a business as disgusting as this. Re-evaluate yourselves, you’ll feel a lot better when you stop hating people for being themselves. I’m half expecting this to get deleted but I hope some people will see this review and decide to go to another business that supports the LGBTQ+ community.
